I just got my new iMac today and man this thing is nice! I have everything working except one item.
I have a Canon ip4500 photo printer that is attached to my server (Windows XP PC). I installed the driver on the Mac, found it on the network and added it. I can select it from the list to print to and send a file to the printer..then nothing happens. I can see it in the print que and after a few minutes I get this:
Error Number : 311 Printer is in use or an error has occurred. If an error has occurred, eliminate the cause of the error.
Well, it's not in use and as for the rest..oh really? Well I don't know what the error might be..any suggestions as to what to try?
